Bill was elected in November 2010 and began his first term as County Commissioner on January 1, 2011.  He and his wife Vicky live near Peterstown and are the proud parents of three children and one granddaughter.  Bill is employed by the Monroe County Board of Education as a Bus Operator and he serves as the President of the School Service Personnel.  He is also the owner/operator of Miller's Fencing.  Bill is also a member of the Farm Bureau.
